At MNTAIN Outlaw, we are committed to operating ethically, responsibly, and with integrity across all areas of our business. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child labour, and any form of exploitation within our operations and supply chain.
This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps MNTAIN Outlaw Ltd has taken to help prevent modern slavery within our business and supplier network.
Our Business
MNTAIN Outlaw Ltd is a lifestyle and apparel brand specialising in premium clothing, accessories, and related products. We work with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, and creative partners both within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Supply Chain Standards
We expect all suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners to:
- Comply with all applicable labour laws and regulations
- Prohibit forced, bonded, or involuntary labour
- Ensure employees work voluntarily and are free to leave employment lawfully
- Prohibit child labour in accordance with local laws and international standards
- Provide safe and hygienic working environments
- Treat workers fairly, respectfully, and without discrimination
Where possible, we aim to work with suppliers who demonstrate ethical manufacturing practices and responsible sourcing standards.
Due Diligence & Risk Management
MNTAIN Outlaw Ltd takes reasonable steps to assess and reduce the risk of modern slavery within our supply chain by:
- Reviewing supplier relationships before onboarding
- Maintaining communication with manufacturing partners regarding ethical standards
- Monitoring for any concerns relating to labour practices or worker welfare
- Reserving the right to terminate relationships with suppliers found to be in breach of ethical standards
Training & Awareness
We are committed to increasing awareness of modern slavery risks within our business and ensuring that individuals working with or for MNTAIN Outlaw Ltd understand the importance of ethical sourcing and responsible business conduct.
Continuous Improvement
We recognise that combating modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility. As our business grows, we will continue to review and strengthen our policies, supplier relationships, and due diligence processes to help ensure ethical standards are upheld throughout our operations.
