This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps MNTAIN Outlaw Ltd has taken to help prevent modern slavery within our business and supplier network.

MNTAIN Outlaw Ltd is a lifestyle and apparel brand specialising in premium clothing, accessories, and related products. We work with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, and creative partners both within the United Kingdom and internationally.

We expect all suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners to:

• Prohibit forced, bonded, or involuntary labour
• Ensure employees work voluntarily and are free to leave employment lawfully
• Prohibit child labour in accordance with local laws and international standards
• Provide safe and hygienic working environments
• Treat workers fairly, respectfully, and without discrimination

Where possible, we aim to work with suppliers who demonstrate ethical manufacturing practices and responsible sourcing standards.

Due Diligence & Risk Management

MNTAIN Outlaw Ltd takes reasonable steps to assess and reduce the risk of modern slavery within our supply chain by:

• Reviewing supplier relationships before onboarding
• Maintaining communication with manufacturing partners regarding ethical standards
• Monitoring for any concerns relating to labour practices or worker welfare
• Reserving the right to terminate relationships with suppliers found to be in breach of ethical standards

We are committed to increasing awareness of modern slavery risks within our business and ensuring that individuals working with or for MNTAIN Outlaw Ltd understand the importance of ethical sourcing and responsible business conduct.
